The only thing that might pose a problem is when inputting your name for user info (not you card info, which should be exactly how it is on your card) it needs to be in kana or at least it used to. Its mostly basic stuff once you figure out what each field is. Its been a while so I really don't remember much of how to create one, but I do know I was C&Ping everything into babelfish.

Judging from the responses here, I take it you still need to create a separate account for the Japanese side of dlsite. Navigating the site is easier with the English entrance (if you don't speak japanies) I'm still thinking about getting the despair games as this reminds me i can buy them now.

Not that i want to free load and give the game away for free after i get it, but i don't think you need yen in order to buy the game when it comes out, that site from what i can remmember works on points that you can buy using any international credit card (like master card, visa, ext.) so anyone who wants it will be able to get it on the site.
